In order to order successfully in our shop, we need contact details from you, such as name, delivery and billing address and e-mail address, as well as information on the type of payment method you have chosen, for the correct execution and fulfillment of the contract. This information is marked as mandatory in our form fields - all other information is voluntary. The data you provide will also be stored in our customer database. In order to avoid typing errors and to ensure that the items you have ordered reach you, we check that your address is complete and correct when you enter it - because we cannot conclude the contract with you without checking your data. The personal data collected by us for the processing of your order will be stored until the end of the statutory retention period and then deleted. Exceptions are tax and commercial law storage and documentation obligations, which oblige to longer storage and which require further storage according to Art 6 Paragraph 1S. 1 lit. a GDPR have consented. The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Art 6 Paragraph 1S. 1 lit. b GDPR to your order and is required for the purposes mentioned for the appropriate processing of your order and for the mutual fulfillment of obligations from the purchase contract.

 

2. Who do we share personal information with? When passing on your personal data, we always ensure the highest possible level of security. Therefore, your data will only be passed on to previously carefully selected and contractually obliged service providers and partner companies who are involved in the execution of the contract.
